Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and cycle counting.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Package and prepare outgoing shipments for delivery with precision.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Operate warehouse management systems and scanning equipment accurately.
- Keep workstations organized and maintain a clean warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
