Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory in our state-of-the-art facility
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and conduct regular equipment checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Utilize inventory management software for real-time tracking
- Participate in monthly safety training and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with WMS or inventory software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
