Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to our Durham facility
- No background check required – we focus on your work ethic
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to operate material handling equipment (training provided)
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends as needed
