Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments using manual and powered equipment
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools
- Inspect incoming/outgoing goods for quality and accuracy
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- No background check required for hiring
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Sand Island facility
