Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments to maintain accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Participate in cycle counts and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- No background check required - apply immediately!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
