Responsibilities
- Manage inventory through accurate receiving, storage, and order fulfillment processes
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments and quality control checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
