Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Inspect and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely deliveries
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Assist in physical inventory counts and audits
- Support cross-functional operational needs as required
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends if needed
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
