Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify order accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and staging products
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
