Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Load/unload trucks efficiently while adhering to DOT regulations
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Valid state ID (forklift certification provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced team environments
- Willingness to work weekends (Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun shifts)
