Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks and pallets safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, discrepancies, or quality control issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately scan and track inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform basic inventory counts and ensure stock rotation is followed correctly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
