Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trailers and trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to ensure proper inventory rotation and accessibility.
- Verify incoming shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock management as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and labeling.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
