Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments from delivery vehicles and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to warehouse management
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete necessary paperwork for shipment documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
