Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks in a timely manner
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to supervisor
- Adhere to all safety protocols during loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly during shift
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
