Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and deployment of Windows 2026 environments across global enterprise networks.
- Develop and implement comprehensive migration strategies from legacy systems to the Windows 2026 framework.
- Ensure system integrity and data security through advanced configuration and adherence to compliance standards.
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting to maximize uptime and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Windows 2026 solutions with cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
- Train and mentor junior administrators on advanced Windows 2026 features and troubleshooting techniques.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on Microsoft Windows Server environments.
- Deep technical knowledge of the Windows 2026 ecosystem, including new security features and UI paradigms.
- Certification: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell, Active Directory, and enterprise identity management.

- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
