Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for 2026-level autonomous systems
- Lead bias audits and fairness assessments for generative AI models

- Mentor junior researchers on responsible AI methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or Ethics with 5+ years AI research experience
- Published work in top-tier journals (Nature, NeurIPS, ACM FAccT) on algorithmic fairness
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large language models
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
