Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Future Tech Architect to lead our strategic initiatives aimed at the 2026 horizon. Nexus Horizon is at the forefront of integrating next-generation AI and quantum computing into enterprise solutions. You will define the technical blueprint that will shape our roadmap for the next three years, ensuring we remain ahead of the curve in an evolving digital landscape.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical implementation, working closely with R&D, engineering, and executive leadership to turn ambitious visions into scalable reality.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the technical vision and architectural standards for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on AI-driven automation and scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Lead high-level architecture design for complex, enterprise-wide systems that align with long-term business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, edge computing) and assess their viability for integration into our product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, ensuring that technical solutions are secure, performant, and user-centric.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies and risk assessments for new technical initiatives.
- Present technical strategies and roadmaps to stakeholders and executive leadership to secure buy-in and resources.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices design patterns.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and data strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Masterβs preferred).
