Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-focused technology roadmaps across AI, IoT, and blockchain domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers to develop patentable innovations
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with global business objectives
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and venture partnerships
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized products with $10M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Strong network with academic institutions and venture capital firms
- Published research in IEEE/Nature or equivalent tier
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
