Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable Layer 2 and Layer 3 blockchain solutions to enhance transaction throughput and reduce gas fees.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of smart contracts, ensuring security, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, product managers, and security auditors to integrate blockchain features seamlessly.
- Implement advanced cryptographic protocols to ensure data integrity and privacy within the decentralized network.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, such as zero-knowledge proofs and sharding, to stay ahead of the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in Blockchain and Web3 development.
- Deep proficiency in Solidity and Rust for smart contract development and execution.
- Extensive experience with major blockchain networks including Ethereum, Polkadot, or Solana.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography.
- Experience with decentralized storage solutions (IPFS, Arweave) and cross-chain interoperability protocols.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex architectural projects.
