Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Design and execute pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to the C-suite and Board of Directors
- Manage a team of innovation specialists and cross-functional project teams
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation portfolio performance
- Foster strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech startups
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, and biotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Horizon Scanning) or innovation management
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Strong executive presence and persuasive communication skills
