Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, bio-convergence) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop scenario models for 5-year industry disruptions using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and C-suite teams
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build predictive models for market adoption rates of breakthrough technologies
- Collaborate with global research institutions on horizon scanning initiatives
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, technology analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published research on emerging technologies or future trends
- Experience working with C-suite executives in tech/finance sectors
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
