Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, climate tech
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFtp) or equivalent

- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to enterprise-wide implementation
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
