This executive-level role combines deep analytical rigor with creative foresight to position our portfolio companies as industry pioneers.
You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-functional innovation sprints, and publish seminal thought leadership on emerging megatrends. Our dynamic team thrives on intellectual curiosity and bold experimentation, offering unparalleled resources to transform visionary concepts into market-defining realities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ innovation framework for 12+ portfolio companies
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis across AI, climate tech, and neurotechnology
- Lead quarterly futures forecasting workshops with executive stakeholders
- Author annual 'State of 2026' trend report for industry publication
- Overseed venture pipeline for emerging exponential technologies
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation fund allocation
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy/innovation with Fortune 500 or top VC firm
- Proven track record in exponential technology adoption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Experience scaling innovation labs to $10M+ budgets
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Scenario Planning)
