- Produce high-impact future-state reports and executive presentations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Mentor junior futurists and drive foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist roles at tech-forward companies
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Strong background in AI, biotech, or sustainable technology ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with Delphi methods and cross-cultural trend analysis
