- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation pipeline maturity against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing) and societal trend forecasting
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking, Scenario Planning, or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CIPM)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives launched within complex organizations
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks across global teams in matrixed organizations
