Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, global trends, and market signals to develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype future solutions
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive industry transformations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Design and implement innovation KPIs to track progress toward 2026 milestones
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Management, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in AI, biotechnology, climate tech, or quantum computing trends
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or similar
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio of published foresight reports or innovation frameworks
