Job Description
We are on the cusp of a technological revolution, and QuantumLeap Systems is leading the charge. We are looking for a visionary Lead AI Architect to define and execute our roadmap for 2026 and beyond. In this pivotal role, you will not just build systems; you will architect the future of intelligent automation and machine learning integration.
As we prepare for the next generation of AI capabilities, we need a leader who can bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable, real-world engineering. Join a team that is redefining the boundaries of what is possible in the 2026 landscape.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Strategy: Lead the architectural vision for our upcoming AI initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for next-gen applications.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect complex machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures that can handle massive data throughput and low-latency requirements.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate high-level business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Quantum-ready algorithms) to determine their applicability for our 2026 product suite.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain the highest standards of code quality, conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior architects and engineers.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system health and optimize algorithms to improve efficiency and reduce computational costs.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems design.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is essential.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of innovating and implementing new technologies ahead of the curve (e.g., leveraging LLMs before they became mainstream).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
