Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype 2026-viable products with measurable impact metrics
- Conduct horizon scanning across 15+ industries to identify convergence opportunities
- Author quarterly trend briefs for executive board and investor relations
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Manage $2M annual R&D budget for speculative technology incubation
- Represent InnovateX at global future-tech forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Fluency in at least two languages beyond English
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
