- Drive R&D investments in frontier technologies with 5-10 year impact horizons

Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of mapping multi-year technological/societal trend trajectories
- Expertise in scenario planning and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their convergence potential
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends or disruption
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
