Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) with 3-5 year forecasting models
- Develop innovation frameworks for clients navigating 2026 market disruptions
- Lead scenario planning workshops for 2026 technology adoption curves
- Produce quarterly Horizon Scan reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Present foresight findings at industry conferences and executive summits
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Published thought leadership on 2025-2030 technology trajectories
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation implementations
- Ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
