- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to market validation with 3-5 year horizons
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across all business units
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure innovation ROI and strategic impact
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Strategic Foresight required
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 strategic impact in tech sector
