- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision

- Present strategic insights to stakeholders using data-driven visualizations and scenario planning
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Monitor geopolitical and societal shifts affecting future business landscapes
- Mentor junior innovators and foster an experimental mindset across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) a plus
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech-driven environments
