- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' strategic briefs for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present foresight findings at global industry conferences and client summits
- Maintain competitive intelligence database of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or scenario projects
- Expertise in quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, AI trend modeling)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Experience with policy implications of technological disruption
