Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in researching novel algorithms for NLP and Computer Vision.
- Ensure AI systems are ethical, transparent, and aligned with global safety standards.
- Optimize model inference for high-throughput, low-latency production environments.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical requirements into AI product features.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Strong understanding of distributed computing and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and data pipelines.
