Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) to forecast industry disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and influence product development
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership content on technological evolution and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles with proven future-tech impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
