Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design of Aether Dynamics' Project 2026 AI infrastructure.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps) and scalable distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers to integrate complex algorithms into production environments.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and fault tolerance for high-traffic applications.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to continuously improve system performance and capabilities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven experience leading large-scale distributed systems and machine learning platforms.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and generative AI models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
