- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' trend reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to integrate futurist insights into R&D pipelines
- Represent company at global innovation summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech impacts
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
- Experience with UN SDG frameworks and ESG reporting standards
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives
