Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing principles into corporate DNA
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for board-level decision-making
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and policy teams
- Build global networks with futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Translate complex foresight into compelling narratives for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of developing future roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
