Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technological trajectories for 2026-2030 horizons
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author whitepapers on future-facing market disruption scenarios
- Partner with C-suite to align 2026 strategic initiatives
- Curate and analyze global innovation signals from 50+ data streams
- Design ethical guardrails for next-generation technologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or emerging tech analysis
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Track record of influencing enterprise-level technology roadmaps
- Strong background in ethical tech governance frameworks
- Exceptional visualization and scenario planning capabilities
