Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and climate variables
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology readiness and adoption
- Collaborate with futurist networks to benchmark industry foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership on emerging futures (required)
