Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital ecosystems to identify transformative opportunities
- Develop and publish annual 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future market needs
- Partner with R&D to align technology roadmaps with long-term strategic objectives
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, industry forums, and media engagements
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic plans with measurable impact
