- Architect innovation roadmaps spanning 5-year strategic horizons
- Represent the company at Davos and World Economic Forums as a thought leader
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- Published research on exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend mapping
- Proven track record of influencing product roadmaps and policy decisions
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-shaping projects implemented
