Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology strategy, aligning infrastructure capabilities with long-term business goals.
- AI & Quantum Integration: Lead the architectural design for integrating Generative AI models and Quantum-ready cryptographic systems into our core products.
- Cloud Transformation: Oversee the migration to secure, scalable hybrid multi-cloud environments, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Security & Compliance: Establish robust post-quantum security protocols and ensure compliance with evolving global data privacy regulations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive buy-in for major infrastructure initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and network architecture.
- Future Tech: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML infrastructure, edge computing, or quantum computing concepts.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to lead change in a fast-paced environment.
