Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-tech solutions in our innovation labs
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on exponential technologies and societal shifts
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging tech deployment (AI ethics, quantum security)
- Present futuristic visions to Fortune 500 clients and government stakeholders
- Drive patent development for breakthrough technologies with our legal innovation team
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for future-tech incubation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling for 5-10 year horizons
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
