Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global megatrends (2026-2030) across technology, climate, and socio-economic domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for organizational resilience and market leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof products/services
- Present executive-level insights to board stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and manage a futurist research ecosystem with academic/tech partners
- Quantify future risks/opportunities through predictive modeling and AI-driven analytics
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, Web4.0)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
