Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology horizon scanning framework focused on 2026+ innovations
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate emerging technologies against market readiness
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with cross-functional leadership teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business recommendations
- Lead innovation sprints focused on 2026 use cases and market opportunities
- Present findings to investors, board members, and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in corporate innovation, tech strategy, or futurism
- Proven track record of successful technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience facilitating strategic planning sessions with C-level executives

- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
