Responsibilities

- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Present future insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts impacting industry futures
- Build and maintain relationships with futurist communities, research institutes, and venture partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating futures analysis projects for Fortune 500 companies
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
