Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate resilience) and their impact on industry sectors by 2026
- Develop data-driven scenario-planning models for 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation frameworks for internal stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-ready initiatives
- Identify emerging technologies and partnerships for competitive advantage
- Represent the organization at global futurism forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF preferred)
