Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technology trends to develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging technologies including AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused insights into development pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and conference presentations
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026+ solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their business implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
