Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced neural architectures for 2026-era autonomous decision systems
- Lead quantum-enhanced ML algorithm development leveraging our proprietary quantum computing infrastructure
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for next-generation autonomous technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into production-ready solutions
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience with transformer architectures and generative AI systems
- Proficiency in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum machine learning
- Publication record at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent venues
- Expertise in MLOps and large-scale distributed training systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical research into practical applications
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI development
