- Partner with R&D teams to validate futuristic concepts through rapid prototyping and experimentation

- Mentor junior futurists on horizon scanning methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
- Quantify future opportunities through market modeling and risk assessment tools
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) preferred
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and their industry-specific impacts
